 Jeff Conklin - Owner & Lead Technician
Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. He has dedicated himself to ongoing growth and professional development through classes at Lane Community College and the Carquest Tech Correct Program. As an ASE Master Certified technician for many years, Jeff brings a wealth of expertise to his work. Outside of the shop, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, as well as hunting, fishing, and camping.

 James Deatherage - Technician
James has been a valued member of the D&D family since 2012 and is an ASE Master Certified technician. Committed to ongoing learning, he regularly attends industry classes and training to stay at the forefront of automotive advancements. Born and raised in Cottage Grove, James appreciates the charm of small-town living. In his free time, he enjoys riding his dirt bike on the dunes, hunting, and coaching local youth in sports.
