Jeff ConklinJeff Conklin - Owner & Lead Technician
Jeff has been in the automotive industry for more than 20 years. In that time, he has continued to grow and advance by taking classes at Lane Community College and through the Carquest Tech Correct Program. Jeff has been an ASE Master Certified technician for many years. When not at the shop he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and camping.

 

 

Rodney ChamberlainRodney Chamberlain - Service Writer
Rodney joined the D&D family in early 2015 later leaving to complete his senior year in high school and wrestling. After graduation, he enlisted in the United State Marine Corp. After coming off of Active Duty and becoming apart of the Reserve Component, Rodney returned to the D&D family in 2017. Rodney is currently pursuing his ASE certification. As a hobby, he enjoys Officiating and Coaching wrestling.

 

 

James DeatherageJames Deatherage - Technician
James joined the D&D family in 2012 and had since become an ASE Master Certified technician. He continues his education by attending classes and training offered in the automotive industry. James was born and raised in Cottage Grove and enjoys small town living. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his dirt bike on the dunes, hunting and coaching local youths in sports.

 

 

 

Chris MentzerChris Mentzer - Technician
Chris became part of the D&D family in 2017. He had attended the Lane Community College technician program and still attends continuing education when possible. Chris grew up in Tenmile, Oregon and has been working on cars his entire life. During his free time, he works on restoring his 1957 Chevy truck, gardening and seeing the country.
